Magnesium has been a hot topic, as many look for ways to take control of their health and care for their physical vessels. Magnesium is a vital mineral for many processes within the body. It is essential for energy production, supports muscle and nerve functions, and makes protein, bone, and DNA. Magnesium also regulates blood pressure and blood sugar within the body.
Magnesium deficiency is very common. Consumption of things like coffee, alcohol, large amounts of sugar, and processed foods can deplete the body of magnesium. Prescription medications are another big “leecher” of magnesium. Even supplements like Zinc, in high doses, can interfere with the body’s ability to absorb and regulate magnesium.
Magnesium deficiency manifests itself in numerous ways:
Abnormal heart rhythms
High blood pressure
Loss of appetite
Nausea
Fatigue
Anxiety
Muscle weakness/cramps
Tingling and numbness in extremities
Headaches/Migraines
Inflammation
Low energy levels
Disrupted/difficulty sleeping
Magnesium Spray is an incredibly simple way to correct imbalances in this type of mineral deficiency. Magnesium spray is most commonly sprayed directly on the skin, as the skin is the largest organ of the body, it absorbs magnesium directly. Many people opt to incorporate this method by spraying it directly on the bottoms of the feet. We always provide that disclaimer to start with one foot at a time, as many people report a tingling or stinging sensation. This is a common reaction when incorporating magnesium spray as this is how the body often reacts when the cellular level of magnesium is low. Or in layman’s terms, when your body is deficient in magnesium.
Benefits of Magnesium Oil Spray:
Aids in sleep
Improves mood
Boosts energy levels
Decreases anxiety
Reduces Inflammation
Helps ease muscle and joint pain
Relieves migraines and headaches

Promotes healthy blood pressure
Magnesium Oil Spray is incredibly simple to make. It requires 2 simple ingredients (3 if you choose to incorporate therapeutic grade essential oils) distilled water and magnesium chloride bath flakes. The ratio for this is 1 cup of distilled water to 1 cup of magnesium chloride flakes. It is important to use distilled water as this will extend the shelf life of your magnesium spray. You simply add the water to a pot on your stove and bring to a boil. Put your magnesium chloride flakes in a glass bowl. Once you bring the water to a boil, remove it from the heat and pour it into the glass bowl of magnesium flakes and stir until they dissolve. If you want to add essential oils, this is the time to do so. Finally add the magnesium oil you just made into an amber spray body and incorporate in your life as needed!
Magnesium Spray lasts at least a year…so it has quite the shelf life.
