Mini Tarot Reading for the Week of 11/13- 11/19 (Tossed by Megan H.)

This week's mini tarot reading was thrown with the Dreams of Gaia deck. Let’s just jump right in, first we have the "Eight of Earth". This card is showing abundance, love, strength, peace, growth, and destiny. The woman stands strong and powerful in balance, the doorway to her destiny is right behind her in the tree. There is a candle that is lit on her crown charka, which shows she is open, ready to manifest and receive. She holds her power at her heart space, which is telling me she is ready and open to give and receive love. With one hand still covered by bark while the other is transforming and holding her staff of power, this tells me that she is aligning with her purpose and stepping into who she truly is. The problem here is that it is upside down. Which is telling me that you are out of alignment, maybe in your job, maybe you are not doing what you love or haven’t found your purpose. Or possibly you are missing your abundance because you are not balanced and not ready to receive it. This card is telling me that you may feel a little lost and you want to step into your power, but just don’t know where to start.

So that brings me right to the next card, the "Seven of Water". This card is directly linked right back to the first. If you want to be in balance and find that strength and power from the first card you must learn to have love, kindness, and compassion for yourself. In this card you see she is at peace; she is soft and everything around her is calm. She holds her hand out to you with a heart in it, she is asking you to show yourself the same grace and love you show others. Your strength comes from your heart, and she is inviting you to embrace that. You have to learn to love yourself and open that heart space up so that your abundance, power, and love can manifest.

Our third card is the "Ace of Water". This is your new beginning. The dragon holds the heart and breathes life into it, lighting it on fire. There are waterfalls flowing freely out of the dragons' hands. This is showing you again that your true power is held in your heart space and if you can “breathe” life into that, you will have all the strength and power right at your fingertips. This card follows right after the Seven of Water, that told you to show that love and compassion for yourself and once you do that it will start you on your new journey harnessing that power within you and within your heart space. Letting the waters of life flow freely.

This toss to me is showing you how to reach that path you are searching for, that starting point or maybe where you are stuck. I believe that you hold your destiny at your fingertips. That the first card, the Eight of Earth, is not far from your reach, but to reach it is through self-love and compassion. Learning to open that heart space and harnessing the power within you, you are truly the one that holds all the power. You are truly all you will ever really need; you hold the lock and the key to your destiny.
