Relaxing Herbal Bath Tea Recipe
1/2 cup magnesium flakes or Epsom salt
1/2 cup sea salt
1/2 cup baking soda (aluminum free)
1/2 cup bentonite clay (optional)
1/4 cup dried rose petals
1/4 cup dried chamomile
1/4 cup dried passionflower
1/2 cup dried calendula flower
Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
This recipe will make you a BIG batch, so make sure to store in a glass jar with an airtight lid...Mason jars are a fantastic option.
When you're ready to draw your bath, add a few tablespoons to a muslin or organza bag and toss in the tub. Feel free to add essential oils... lemongrass, bergamot, and grapefruit are some of my personal favorites.
The herbs in the blend will not only help with relaxation, but will also leave your skin feeling fantastic.
