Deep breaths, deep breaths....THAT is what this current energy is screaming. For many right now, the "external ripple" that you are experiencing doesn't quite match your inner alignment, in fact it almost seems like quite the opposite.
For many, the areas of your life where there is a lack of genuine reciprocity of energy is being highlighted. For many, frustration may be bubbling to the surface, you're questioning what you're doing "wrong" and thinking you can't possibly be back to "ground zero" again, with yet another leveled foundation.
My team is saying it's time to take a HARD pause. Let your frustration out, don't get stuck in it and don't let it consume you. Move through it. This energy is part of your growth, as uncomfortable as it is right now. This energy is forcing you to stay in the now, its unpredictable and is giving off the illusion that things are falling apart.
I know no one likes to hear it, but things often "fall apart", so new things can come together. My team is adamant that your foundation is sturdy, however there are just some things on top of it that no longer belong.
This energy is not a punishment.... they want me to reiterate.... this energy is NOT a punishment. Connect with your breath and come back to center. Reaffirm your trust in the higher-level energy of things.
You are sitting in the energy of "becoming". Becoming something you have never experienced before. You are sitting in expansion even though on the outside it looks like things are crumbling, the energy is dropping down on top of itself and the pressure is building. Remain rooted in your knowing, in your intuition, trust in who you know yourself and your energy to be...feel your way through and don't let your eyes deceive you.
