Grounding Meditation 396 Hz Solfeggio Frequency w/First Nation Drum & Wood Flute

This is our 32 minute and 12 second grounding meditation layered sound created for a beautiful and unique Earthy meditative root chakra experience. 
 
This meditation utilizes the 396 Hz Solfeggio Frequency. This sacred sound is great for working with the root chakra both unblocking & rebalancing. It helps the listener work through not only fear, guilt, and grief that is often left "stuck"/unreleased within our energetic light-body.  I have paired it with my First Nation Hand drum to maintain a grounded presence during your meditation. This type of deep drum has been traditional used during outdoor rituals and sweet lodge/ shamanic journeys. In addition, I placed a steady, low flowing call of a traditionally handcrafted Blackfoot Wood Flute to play whimsically with all the senses. You'll notice a touch of nature sounds lingering in the background to wrap up the full experience for grounding and clearing your root chakra, peacefully with Earthy tones.
